In terms of trying to stay on track that is.
I had some oatmeal(no sugar added) and a banana for breakfast with a cup of skim milk, salad for lunch, and I just made a delicious olive oil garlic pasta with home made garlic bread(that I will be having left overs of for lunch tomorrow). annnndddd I was going to go to the gym today, I didn’t for complicated reasons, but instead , I just did some workouts at home ! It was great, I feel great.
Today was successful , let’s have more of these kinda days eh ?
